This policy covers the apps published by Glirc Software and the website glirc.dk. Glirc Software is run by Bøgholm Consulting, which is responsible for the personal data described here.

Our apps

Our apps don't collect, store or send any personal information. They contain no analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking, and they don't send your data to us or to anyone else.

Anything you create or store in an app stays on your device. It only leaves the device if you move it yourself, for example by exporting or sharing a file.

Microsoft Store and Google Play handle app downloads and purchases under their own privacy policies.

If a future version of an app needs to collect any data, we'll update this policy before that version is released and explain what is collected and why.

This website

glirc.dk uses no cookies, scripts or third-party trackers. Like most web servers, ours keep access logs with your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user agent. The logs are used to keep the site running and secure, and they're deleted automatically as the logs rotate.

When you email us

If you write to us, we keep the correspondence so we can answer you and follow up on support requests.

Sharing

We don't sell or share personal data, except when the law requires it.

Your rights

We process server logs based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website working and secure, and email correspondence to respond to you.

You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and to object to our processing of it. Write to contact@glirc.dk. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
